I bought the Wrong Hitch, can I exchange it?
We understand that there are plenty of reasons why you might need to return your hitch or other BulletProof products, which is why the BulletProof Hitches™ Customer Service Team is dedicated to making the return/exchange process as easy as possible.
In the event that you purchased the wrong hitch (or accessory) and need to exchange it, we want to do everything we can to get you the correct item you need. Due to the weight of our products, it can be quite expensive to ship across the country, which is why we require a 25% shipping fee to get your item replaced. This may seem like a lot, but when you consider the weight of our products, shipping one hitch can cost upwards of $100 at your local shipping location. By paying our shipping fee you will not be responsible for any shipping costs for the return or the replacement.

Once the shipping fee is paid, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to send the original item(s) back to us. Once we receive your item(s), we will either issue a full refund for straight returns, or we will ship out your replacement item(s) for an exchange.
All products must be returned in the original packaging so they do not arrive damaged. Returns must also be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase.

Do you Accept Returns?
Yes, we do accept returns as long as you initiate your return within 30 days of placing your original order and if your item(s) are unused and in the original condition.

That is why we created the BulletProof Hitches™ Lifetime Warranty. We want you to be 100% confident in the products that you use everyday.
Let's be honest though, Our Hitches Don't Fail! So chances are you will never need this warranty but for your piece of mind
we will replace your hitch if any issues related to the construction of the hitch happen to arise within the lifetime of the original owner.
We also provide a 1 year cosmetic warranty which covers imperfections with the powder coated finish. (The dual ball is excluded from the 1 year cosmetic warranty due to metal on metal contact from trailer couplers)

How can I submit a warranty claim?
