I bought the Wrong Hitch, can I exchange it?
We understand that there are plenty of reasons why you might need to return your hitch or other BulletProof products, which is why the BulletProof Hitches™ Customer Service Team is dedicated to making the return/exchange process as easy as possible.
In the event that you purchased the wrong hitch (or accessory) and need to exchange it, we want to do everything we can to get you the correct item you need. Due to the weight of our products, it can be quite expensive to ship across the country, which is why we require a 20% shipping fee to get your item replaced. This may seem like a lot, but when you consider the weight of our products, shipping one hitch can cost upwards of $100 at your local shipping location. By paying our shipping fee you will not be responsible for any shipping costs for the return or the replacement.

Once the shipping fee is paid, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to send the original item(s) back to us. Once we receive your item(s), we will either issue a full refund for straight returns, or we will ship out your replacement item(s) for an exchange.
All products must be returned in the original packaging so they do not arrive damaged. Returns must also be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase.

Do you Accept Returns?
Yes, we do accept returns as long as you initiate your return within 30 days of placing your original order and if your item(s) are unused and in the original condition.

Our Lifetime No Hassle Warranty ensures coverage for all manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship throughout the entire lifespan of the product. Should your BulletProof Hitch experience any such issues, simply contact us, and we will promptly repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Additionally, we understand the importance of maintaining the appearance of your hitch. That's why we provide a 1-Year Cosmetic Warranty specifically covering the powder coat finish. If the finish exhibits any defects or cosmetic flaws within the first year of purchase, we will address it accordingly. Please note that 2" and 2-5/16" balls are excluded from this warranty due their metal on metal contact with trailer couplers.

Rest assured, our hitches are so robust that you'll likely never need to utilize the warranty. However, should the need arise, we're here to ensure your satisfaction.

Furthermore, BulletProof Locking products are covered by a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

Please be aware that this comprehensive warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from BulletProofHitches.com or from our authorized dealers. Any purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers are not covered under this warranty.
