BulletProof Hitches Return Policy
At Bulletproof Hitches we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we hope you receive the exact hitch you require. However if you have received a hitch and it is not the correct shank size or drop size for your vehicle we will exchange it or refund the hitch purchase as long as it has been less than 30 days from the purchase date and the hitch is completely unused!
To return your hitch please call 941-251- 8110 to purchase a Return Merchandise Authorization number for your hitch. The cost of an RMA number is 25% of the purchase price of your hitch. Once an RMA number is purchased it will include a pre-paid shipping label which will ship the hitch back to us and also include your return shipping for the correct hitch. Shipping is extremely expensive due to the weight of a Bulletproof hitch and can easily cost upwards of $100 at your local shipping store. However purchasing the label through Bulletproof hitches allows you to pay for shipping at our discounted rate.
